Also consider that my native language is neither english nor japanese (I’m spanish, if anyone’s wondering). This is because I don’t really do any grammar check after I translated a line. Keep in mind that the translation is done by only one person, so the translation will be kinda rough. Currently, I’m about 60% done with the original game, so I assume it will be ready in a few weeks. Of course, I won’t tackle every game at once, but I’ll be releasing them as soon as I finish translating them. So, I’ve decided to put some effort on bringing this on, as well as various mods. Because of that, the translation of these games is increasing with more people helping to bring those in english. Unfortunately, none of the games are available in other languages besides Japanese… until now.įor the last few years, the western community sparked an interest in playing RPG Maker games from Japan, notably Yume Nikki, Ib and Corpse Party to name some of them.
Since then, many people have modified the game and spawned many mods and scenarios which not only expands the Nobihaza universe, but adds some new interesting mechanics and gameplay. While in fact, it seems that this crossover is some weird stuff (although we have seen much more weirder stuff from capcom crossovers) this game is fanmade using RPG Maker.Īside for the parody, the game is surprisingly well done, considering the fact that most RPG Maker games are adventure or rpg games, this one features a solid action battle system, with enemies from the Resident Evil universe, as well as adding some custom enemies.
Nobita no Biohazard (from now on nobihaza) is a parody of the Biohazard series (known in the West as Resident Evil) featuring the cast of Doraemon characters. Since the initial reaction will be something like “what the hell is this?”, I’ll explain. I made it to establish some kind of base to translating the game in english. I hope the dead link didn’t stop your interest on the game, and again, I’m very sorry about that, specially when it’s my fault. I’m not sure if someone else took over this so I might look up for updates. However, I do like to actually work in the other games on the series, but I might want to recheck the game again to fix some stuff in the meantime before jumping to another.
And I admit, my interests shifted a bit towards other stuff and translation wasn’t one of the things I wanted to invest my time into. I should really check my wordpress emails more often.Īs for the future, I’m currently taking a long term break about translations because I play too much PSO2 I’ve been pretty busy these last 2 years, aside from some problems I ran. If anyone have a suggestion for another file hosting service, I’ll upload if isn’t a hassle to do so.
In any case, download for Nobihaza is up again, and just in case I added a Mediafire mirror. Apparently sometime last year, Mega link stopped working, although the file is still on my directory, so I’m not really sure what kind of sorcery happened ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
